Forgot password?​

• On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.

• Enter the email address linked with your account.

• A reset password email will be sent to you within a few minutes.

• Open the reset password email and tap the reset password link (you may need to check your junk mail).

• You will be redirected to the reset password page where you will be able to set a new password.

Change your password

​

• Tap on the profile icon on the top right hand corner.

• Tap Settings.

• Tap Change password.

• Enter your current and new password.

• Confirm by entering your new password again and then tap Update.

Verify your email and account

​

• When you sign up, a verification email will be sent to you within a few minutes.

• Open the email and tap on the verification link to activate your account.

Missing verification email 

​

• Check your junk mail.

• If you have waited longer than 30 minutes and there’s still no email, contact us at contact@novellea.com.

Change email address

​

• Tap on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner.

• Tap Settings.

• Tap Update email.

• Enter your new email address.

• Tap Update.

Delete your account

Update your username or date of birth

​

• Tap on the profile icon on the top right-hand corner.

• Tap Profile.

• Update your name and date of birth.

• Tap Update.
