Forgot password?

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.

Enter the email address linked with your account.

A reset password email will be sent to you within a few minutes.

Open the reset password email and tap the reset password link (you may need to check your junk mail).

You will be redirected to the reset password page where you will be able to set a new password.
Change your password

Tap on the profile icon on the top right hand corner.

Tap Settings.
-
Tap Change password.
-
Enter your current and new password.
-
Confirm by entering your new password again and then tap Update.
Verify your email and account

When you sign up, a verification email will be sent to you within a few minutes.

Open the email and tap on the verification link to activate your account.
Missing verification email

Check your junk mail.

If you have waited longer than 30 minutes and there’s still no email, contact us at contact@novellea.com.
Change email address

Tap on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner.

Tap Settings.

Tap Update email.
-
Enter your new email address.

Tap Update.
Lost email access for your account
Please send a message to support@novellea.com and we will help reset the email to your account.
Delete your account
Please send a message to support@novellea.com and we will help you delete your account.
Update your username or date of birth

Tap on the profile icon on the top right-hand corner.

Tap Profile.
-
Update your name and date of birth.

Tap Update.
